Day 4 was a relaxed day with morning volleyball, breakfast and an intensive session with the CMD about the various business issues.
A group photo session was organised before departure to Shivpuri for River rafting session.
Few photos:
Soon enough we all were listening to the precious advise of the rafting guide Mr. Negi on do's and dont's of the rafting. It was a brilliant exercise in team building. The thrill of successfully negotiating the grade4 and grade3 rapids, the joy of swimming in the chilly ganga waters let to both external and internal purification. Though we were on the raft for more than 2 hrs but seemed to have lasted only minutes such was the ecstacy and absorption of the minds in the river rafting.
The rafting concluded at Rishikesh and we reached the buses which were there waiting for us, changed to dry clothing and took Ganga Jal etc and drove to the Neeraj Bhawan for late lunch and a personal meeting with the CMD.
Thereafter the buses departed for Delhi thus concluding an amazing LDP at Camp Sarovar Ganga and Neeraj Bhawan at Rishikesh.

Next morning after early breakfast and a good 30 minutes at the beach volleyball we all boarded buses for departure to Neeraj Bhawan, Rishikesh. By 9:30AM all were in the hall, seated and in anticipation for the programme to commence.
Leaders on their way to the Rishikesh venue:
Leaders seated in the training hall:
We were introduced to the external trainers Mr Pankaj Adhlakha and his team from One Life Education Systems.
He has to be one of the most humourous and witty person I have ever met yet. With great energy and enthusiasm he laid down the house rules and gave prelimenary training.
Soon the microphone was in the hands of Mr Bali and he heralded the coming of company CMD Mr. MANOJ VASHISTH in the hall. The crowd welcomed him with a thunderous applause.
He addressed the leaders for good 2+ hrs and showed a short promo video and an amazing presentation he compiled in quickfire under 2 hrs.
CMD Mr. MANOJ VASHISTH addressing the Leaders:
Again after dusk we returned to the campsite for dinner and informal meeting with other leaders and the CMD. There was little dance and song session where hidden talents were spotted and appreciated by one and all.

Day 1 at LDP
With the teams settled in their respective tents and some rest taken, call to board the buses was made at 1:15PM sharp by Mr Bali.
Due to some confusion we (a party of 5) were left at the camp without transport to the meeting venue. Sad, dejected and hungry we walked all the way to main road and sat at the road side dhaba till a vehicle was arranged for picking us up.
We all arrived at Neeraj Bhawan in Rishikesh where nice lunch was served and people settled in their seats at the meeting hall. Day 1 was easy as main activity was to watch the World Cup Cricket final between India and SriLanka.
By evening we all were back at the campsite enjoying sumtuous dinner withall the leaders and our CMD in front of big screens showing line world cup final. All of us cheered the Indian team and burst into joy and celebration at the historic six from Dhoni's bat that brought World Cup back to India after 28 long years.
After extensive celebration all retired to their tents for a great night's sleep on the banks of mother Ganga.
Roadside dhaba we waited for pick up:

Start of the LDP ... from Tilak Nagar Office
The long awaited and cherished (for those who have been to previous LDP's) event for the RCS'ians beckoned again and the chosen leaders gathered at the auspicious Tilak Nagar office of our beloved company RCS.
On arrival (though we were late by half an hour) we exchanged pleasantries with other leaders and were quickly led to the rooftop makeshift dining hall where nice dinner awaited us all. We met our mentor and guide Shri R.K Bhargava , the MD of our company.
Meanwhile the weather turned stormy and the heavens opened up for a bit of rain which is considered an auspicious sign.
After the dinner we assembled in the office lobby for a quick briefing by Mr. Bhargava giving a glimpse of what awaited us at Camp Sarovar Ganga and Rishikesh. Three deluxe buses (could have been better) lined the road outside office. The attendees bade good bye to the MD and staff (who were eagerly awaiting next morning flight to Goa) and boarded the buses and the caravan started rolling...................
